Terms of Service

Payments

Payment is due when order is placed or when agreed. Payment accepted by bank wire or cashier's check. Payment by credit card is accepted through PayPal. Shipment occurs within 3 business days after payment is confirmed or as agreed. Any and all checks are held 5 to 15 days and must clear with verified funds before shipment.


Shipping and Handling

Shipping charges are calculated in PayPal during checkout. Standard shipping is typically free. Expedited and Express shipping and handling methods are available. Some items have extended handling times which will be communicated at time of order.


Checkout Options

PayPal, credit card and debit card payment methods are available. At checkout there is the option to use PayPal or use a credit card or debit card for payment. If you would like another payment method please use Contact to let us know.

Availability of an Item

Items shown are offered on different sales venues and websites. All items are offered on a first come first serve basis. While all precautions are taken to avoid the situation of offering an item on one site that has been sold on another it is still possible for an item being offered to have been sold previously. If this occurs any monies paid will be refunded as soon as the situation is known to us.


Returns

Returns of numismatic coins are accepted for up to 14 days after original sale with refund of original purchase price less actual shipping cost. There is no restocking fee if return is made within 3 days of original delivery. Otherwise, there is a 10% restocking fee. Exchange is preferred if another coin of like type and grade is available. Returns of bullion coins may be made for exchange only unless there are no coins of that type available for exchange. Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility.


Layaway / Pay Over Time

We offer layaway or incremental payment terms on most items over $2000. Typical terms are a 25% down payment and then 25% a month for the next three months interest free. Longer terms are available but interest and/or holding costs apply. Payments are typically billed through PayPal. Shipment occurs once item is paid in full. Terms are negotiable and can be tailored to your needs.

If you start a layaway or payment plan but then change your mind, no problem. A full refund of payments made will be given within two weeks of written notice.
